Special orders
I’m delighted to create projects based either on the idea suggested by the Client, or my previous work. However, I don’t make exact copies of any projects I have sold before, because I really want each of my Clients to receive something really unique. I can create something similar to what I’ve done before, and I discuss any changes with the Client in detail. The time of order realization is usually about two weeks, but can be a bit longer, depending on the number of current orders.

Packaging and shipping
The jewelry I send is packed in an adorned box, with colors and decorations matching the season of the year. The inside of the box is secured with matching interfacing and a plastic string bag. If the Client wishes so, I can add a note with a chosen text, or a blank one.
The box is then packed in a bubble envelope and shipped by insured priority mail with declared value, or in case of international parcels, with registered mail. The parcel can also be sent by courier, if the Buyer wishes so.

Complaints, returns, repairs
The jewelry I offer is created with utmost care, using the best materials. However, due to being handmade it is slightly more fragile than mass produced jewelry. All Clients should read about the proper ways of caring for the jewelry I sell, and I attach information to each parcel.
In case of any complaints, or, for example accidental damage to the jewelry, please read the following:
In congruence to the Polish law, the Buyer has the right to return the bought jewelry within 10 days after receiving. In order to return the jewelry, the Buyer has to send it in its original, unused state, with the price-tag still intact, in original package, in secure shipment together with the invoice. The Buyer should also have the proof of posting the parcel, with a clear post office stamp, and the addresses of both sender and addressee. Money return is possible only in the form of money transfer to the Buyer’s account. It is not possible to return jewelry made according to a special order. (art. 10 ustęp 3 punkt 4 ustawy z dnia 2 marca 2000r., Dz. U. z dnia 31 marca 2000r., nr 22, poz.271).
Within a year of the purchase, the Buyer is entitled to have the item repaired. After establishing the nature and cause of the damage, we will decide whether the repair should be done for free, or in special cases, with appropriate remuneration. After a year, the Buyer can still count on me to repair the item, and the price will be established after I determine the nature of damage to the item.
